Blue Skye is a purebred AKC Golden Retriever who was born in Kentucky and raised here in Brandon. She is named ‘Blue’ after the blue grass of Kentucky. She is named Blue Skye after the Allman Brother’s song ‘Blue Sky’, which was written by Dicky Betts. The verse, ‘You’re my blue sky, you’re my sunny day, Lord, you know it makes me high when you turn your love my way’ is exactly how I feel about Miss Blue Skye! 
She is medium to dark red in color, has beautiful eyes and a beautiful coat and will weigh around 75 lbs. She has a very playful and gentle temperament and loves to cuddle and have her tummy rubbed!
